April Strategic Planning Meeting Minutes

Members of the strategic planning committee met April 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Present were Emily Carroll, Amanda Lessley, Director Jacque Cowger and Sara Zumbahlen, Other members of the committee not present were Travis Farley and Austin Winn.

Emily Carroll made a motion to nominate Amanda Lessley as the chairman of the committee seconded by SArah, motion passed. Amanda called the meeting to order.

Jacque will provide examples of other libraries’ strategic plans to provide guidelines for our plan. The committee will develop questions for a public survey to assess the needs of the community. The deadline for the completion of the strategic plan is January 1, 2027.
