December Minutes 2023

Trustees of the Newton Public Library District met December 18, 2023 at 5:00 P.M.  Present was Travis Farley, Pete Pasero, Emily Carroll, Ilene Woods, and Director Jacque Holsapple.

President Farley called the meeting to order.

Due to lack of attendance all the items on the agenda were tabled until January with the exception of the following:

A motion was made by President Farley to pay the November-December 2023 Bills seconded by Trustee Pasero.

A motion was made to approve the Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Financial Report by President Farley and seconded by Trustee Pasero.

Due to the Martin Luther King holiday, a motion was made by President Farley to move the January 15, 2024 scheduled library board meeting to Tuesday January 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. and seconded by Ilene Woods.

The next meeting is January 16, 2024.
